24-Month / 24,000-Mile Warranty

Maplewood Auto Service stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for qualifying repairs performed at our shop. Whichever comes first, your repair is covered.

What Is Covered

  • Parts installed by Maplewood Auto Service during the original repair
  • Labor performed by our technicians related to the warranted repair
  • Diagnostic work associated with a warrantied component failure

If a part we installed fails or the repair does not hold up under normal driving conditions within the warranty period, we will re-repair or replace the failed component at no additional charge.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or misuse
  • Normal wear-and-tear items such as brake pads, wiper blades, belts, and filters
  • Failures caused by neglected maintenance or operating the vehicle outside of manufacturer specifications
  • Customer-supplied parts (parts not purchased through Maplewood Auto Service)
  • Damage from environmental factors, road hazards, or acts of nature
  • Vehicles used for racing, off-road, or commercial fleet purposes unless agreed upon in writing

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide your original repair invoice number and describe the issue you are experiencing.
  3. Bring the vehicle to our shop for inspection. We will diagnose the concern and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
  4. If the repair is covered, we will complete the work at no charge. If additional unrelated repairs are needed, we will provide an estimate before proceeding.

Tire Warranties

Tires purchased through Maplewood Auto Service are covered by the tire manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand and product line. Our staff can provide details on the specific warranty that applies to your tires at the time of purchase. Road hazard protection may be available as an additional option.
